This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between ATPE Legal Services, LLC (“ATPE”) and the Client. This Agreement shall govern the provision of legal services by ATPE to the Client. 1. Services: ATPE agrees to provide legal services to the Client in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The legal services may include, but are not limited to, legal consultation, representation, and advice. 2. Fees: The Client agrees to pay ATPE the agreed-upon fees in exchange for the legal services provided. Fees shall be invoiced to the Client and are due within 30 days of receipt. 3. Confidentiality: ATPE agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client in the course of the legal services provided. Client agrees to not disclose any proprietary information of ATPE. 4. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. 5. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client shall pay any outstanding fees owed to ATPE. 6.
